Maskless concert-goers were required to take a coronavirus lateral flow test 24 hours prior to attending a music festival at Sefton Park in Liverpool. It's part of a series of events that authorities are holding to test the safety of large-scale gatherings ahead of government plans to lift nearly all restrictions on June 21.
