Expert on India COVID: Slow vaccination rollout a factor to blame for India's second wave

India's coronavirus infection tally surged past 20 million, boosted by near 360,000 new cases. The country registered over 3,400 deaths over the last 24 hours. Dr. Neeraj Ravishankar, a doctor from southern India, and Professor Wu Zhiwei, a public health expert from Nanjing University's Medical School, shared with CGTN their insights. Wu said slow vaccination rollout is one of the factors to blame for India's second wave.
