As Indians scramble to arrange hospital beds, oxygen cylinders, or cremation for their loved ones, one volunteer is using social media and her personal phone number as a helpline. Vibha Pandey, a volunteer in New Dehli, says she gets over 200 calls a day from people seeking medical help.
