Chinese President Xi Jinping said Friday that strengthening solidarity and cooperation with the African countries is always China's resolute strategic choice. 
Xi made the remarks while holding separate phone calls with the presidents of Sierra Leone and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The presidents of Sierra Leone and the DR Congo both said they will make efforts to strengthen cooperation between China and the African countries.
