Pune, the second-largest city in Maharashtra, is in one of the hardest-hit states in India. But new COVID-19 cases yesterday there dropped by almost 15 percent from the day before. Dr. Vineeta Bal, an immunologist in India, says there are some positive signs that the situation might be coming under control.
