Nepal is facing a surge of coronavirus cases as infections spill over from neighboring India, causing numbers to shoot up over the last three weeks. More than 9,000 new cases have been reported two days in a row. Health workers said the system is increasingly overwhelmed. The Nepali government said it's sending a plane to China next week to pick up donated oxygen cylinders to be dispatched to public hospitals.
