Three staff members of Nepali Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli's secretariat have tested positive for COVID-19, local media reported on Saturday.

Oli has tested negative for the novel coronavirus, reports said.

The prime minister's Press Adviser Surya Thapa announced on social media that he had tested positive for a second time. Oli's Chief Personal Secretary Indra Prasad Bhandari and Deputy Secretary Rupesh Acharya were the other two infected by the virus, according to the reports.
