As part of a unique local tradition that is believed to date back many centuries, ear cleaning service, or "cai er" in Chinese, is common in teahouses of Chengdu, Sichuan Province of southwest China. Although feeling a bit nervous about it, British vlogger Lee Barrett decided to try it out after so many local people seemed to have found it pleasurable.
