Chief Executive of China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam on Monday said that the civil servants who haven't signed the patriotic declaration will have to leave the HKSAR government according to Article 99 of the Basic Law. Lam made the remarks in an interview with television anchor Bai Yansong of China Media Group (CMG).
