A cyber-attack has forced a shutdown of the largest pipeline in the U.S., resulting in a spike in gas prices, with lines forming at gas stations across the country. Andy Mok, senior research fellow at Center for China and Globalization, shared with CGTN his insights. He said the development of digital tech also creates vulnerabilities.
