A crisis intensifies between Israelis and Palestinians as both sides expand airstrikes and rockets. Israeli airstrikes have killed several senior commanders of Hamas, the group that rules the Gaza Strip. A pair of high-rises housing Hamas facilities were also hit. Israel says Palestinians have responded by launching more than a thousand rockets. More than 60 Palestinians and at least 7 Israelis have been killed since Monday.
