The magnificent Daocheng Yading Nature Reserve in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Sichuan Province is described by many as one of the last remaining pristine landscapes on Earth. One of the earliest international mentions of this paradise was by American explorer Joseph F. Rock, who presented the stunning beauty of Yading in National Geographic magazine in 1931. CGTN takes you to this area with its three sacred snow-capped mountains, a holy trinity encircled by forested valleys, crystal-clear rivers, and glacier-fed lakes.
