The State Council Information Office (SCIO) holds a news conference on China's first national comprehensive survey of natural disaster risks. 

Zheng Guoguang, secretary general of the National Disaster Reduction Committee and director of the Leading Group Office of the State Council's First National Comprehensive Survey of Natural Disaster Risks, along with persons in charge from the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Emergency Management and the China Meteorological Administration and expert from Beijing Normal University attend the conference.
