China and Russia have agreed to jointly build new units at two Chinese nuclear power stations. Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin will witness the opening ceremony of the project via video link on Wednesday. China's Foreign Ministry gave some of the details at a press conference.
