China's big cities see boom in private museums

The number of private museums in China has increased sharply in recent years, especially in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai. They are considered to complement public museums and add to those cities' reputation as a cosmopolitan haven for culture. Huang Xiaohua, founder and board director of the Beijing Inside-Out Art Museum, shares his experience of the past 10 years in running a private museum.
