Chongming Island, the third largest island in China, will hold the 10th China Flower Expo, the largest of its kind in the country, from May 21. In a place filled with history, culture and great food, Andy Boreham, a New Zealander living in Shanghai, joins locals to make traditional food items like tofu, Chongming gao and rice wine.
