Russia highlights military sphere in Arctic Council meeting

Iceland hosted the 12th Arctic Council Ministerial Meeting in Reykjavik on Thursday. Russia will hold the council's chairmanship for the next two years and said it is vital to extend the member states' positive interaction experience to the military sphere.
