The Endless Frontier Act being pushed by U.S. lawmakers is directly pointing to China. But innovation should aim for the benefit of human society instead of a hegemonic goal. 

And while the U.S. is trying to find policy support to compete against China, in Changsha, Hunan Province, the world's largest construction exhibition is being held and exchanges are being facilitated among global leaders.
