While most of India is still struggling with an intense second wave of COVID-19, the country's financial capital Mumbai has seen a steady decline in the number of active cases. One man in particular has been instrumental in the city's campaign to keep its residents safe. CGTN's Pracheta Sharma reports from Mumbai.
