China's first floating wind turbine, the first in the world to be able to withstand super typhoons, rolled off production lines in the country's southern coastal province of Guangdong on Wednesday. The electricity it generates in a single hour can supply 30,000 households. This particular model is due to be installed along the coast of Guangdong's Yangjiang City, for demonstration and experiment purposes.
