The European Medicines Agency on Friday approved the use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 12 to 15. This means it could be even longer before Europe has surplus jabs to share with the developing world. It comes as the World Health Organization sends out an urgent call for more supplies for low-income countries.
