2021 P4G Seoul Summit focuses on public-private partnerships in tackling climate change
South Korea is holding a key climate summit in Seoul. The 2021 Partnering for Green Growth and the Global Goals 2030, or the P4G initiative, is the second of three major international conferences on the environment this year. It brings together a dozen partner countries, international organizations, and private companies. It focuses on public-private partnerships in tackling climate change, especially in developing countries. Some non-member countries, including the United States and China, are also participating in the virtual event. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered a speech via video link to stress the importance of global solidarity in green development.
