China's Sinopharm has just rolled out the first batch of COVID-19 vaccines under the COVAX program. The Chinese foreign ministry said this is proof of China's efforts to provide products for global health. The packaging is able to monitor outside temperature to ensure the vaccine doesn't go bad. Sinopharm's COVID vaccine received emergency use approval from the World Health Organization in early May.
