The memorial of the first National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Shanghai is officially opened on Thursday. The memorial is next to the site of the first National Congress of the CPC. The newly-built exhibition area spreads over 3,400 square meters and highlights the Party's founding aspirations and missions in Shanghai with over 1,000 exhibits. Many of the exhibits are to be shown to the public for the very first time. CGTN's Wu Lei and Li Jianhua will explore the memorial and bring more unknown facts behind the founding of the CPC.
