CGTN reporter Xu Xinchen travels deep into the mountains to speak with a Kazakh doctor in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. The doctor has provided medical services for local herdsmen for three decades, risking his life for those in need. Jumatay Awbakirule is a doctor at the Bozader Ranch Health Center – a clinic in a remote winter ranch in the mountains. He began to work there in 1992 right out of college. There was no TV, no electricity and treacherous terrains with slippery ice and steep cliffs made things even harder. Doctors have to ride horses to commute. But Jumatay said it's a doctor's duty to help people.
