Expert: Afghan government has no consistent education policy

A 2020 World Bank report shows an estimated 3.7 million school-aged children in Afghanistan are still out of school. Sixty percent of these children are girls. Nearly 70 percent of school-age boys are enrolled in school, but enrollment for girls is less than half. What are the main reasons behind the low school enrollment in Afghanistan?
