Vice President of Discovery Inc. Vikram Channa shared his perspective on the new trends in documentary filmmaking and advice to young Chinese documentary makers with CGTN Digital after the International Television Cooperation in the New Era forum at the 27th Shanghai TV Festival (STVF) in Shanghai on June 7.

The STVF is sponsored by the National Radio and Television Administration, China Media Group (CMG) and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and runs from June 6-10.
