Several websites are back online after a major outage linked to a U.S.-based cloud services provider. A number of government, media and news sites stopped working Tuesday morning, including the New York Times, Reddit and the official website of the British government. Affected websites earlier displayed error messages and pointed to issues with Fastly. The company says it's looking into its global content delivery network. Fastly helps websites move content using less-congested routes to reach consumers faster.
