The global economy will grow by 5.6 percent this year, 1.5 points faster than projected in January, the World Bank predicted on Tuesday.
In its latest Global Economic Prospects, the World Bank forecast the Chinese economy to grow by 8.5 percent in 2021, up by 0.6 percentage points from the previous projection.
