Chinese President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, went on an inspection tour to northwest China's Qinghai Province on Monday. He visited a residential community in provincial capital Xining to learn about its efforts in strengthening Party building, improving community-level governance and advancing ethnic unity.
