When Huang Wenbin arrived in Zouguang Village in south China's Guangdong Province, the village didn't even have streetlights. As a trained and qualified electrician from the China Southern Power Grid, he was able to change that reality.

Huang spent past five years developing infrastructure and industry to improve the villagers' livelihoods. He said he should continue his job as the village is paving a way to achieve moderate prosperity.
