U.S. Senators have passed a bill investing billions in American technology and innovation aimed at countering China. Nina Xiang, founder of China Money Network, shared her insights with CGTN. She said she doesn't think this bill will accelerate decoupling because it already started due to past U.S. actions. Overall, Xiang said she doesn't think the U.S. and China can actually have a complete decoupling.
