Fotiaoqiang (Buddha's Temptation), also known as Fu Shou Quan, is a traditional dish from Fuzhou. This dish gives blessings of good luck, happiness and longevity. Made of expensive ingredients through a complicated process, it has become one of the best dishes in marine cuisine.
