Turkish jeweler, Mehmet Yuksel, has found the perfect guard to protect his earnings – a staunch, lion-hearted squirrel that he rescued three months ago. The animal was tasked with guarding the money after Yuksel noticed he would not let anyone but him near the cash register. Yuksel said the squirrel is recovering from a paw injury and will return to the wild after making a full recovery.
