In the first seven games of the UEFA European Championship that kicked off on June 11, Italy, Belgium, England and the Netherlands all beat their opponents in their first game. While Italy and Belgium showed dominance on the field, England and the Netherlands could drink to long-awaited victories.

Of course, the tournament is not just about the competition for the title. North Macedonia, making their European Championship debut, scored their first tournament goal via Goran Pandev. Despite their loss to the Netherlands, Ukraine scared the Dutchmen, showing their resilience.
