South China's Guangdong Province reported four local transmissions of COVID-19 on Sunday, all from the provincial capital of Guangzhou, including two medical workers. 

All other medical personnel tested negative and all environmental samples from the hospital also tested negative, according to local health authorities. 

Three imported COVID-19 cases were logged in the southern province.

As of Sunday midnight, the province has logged 2,625 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
