Japanese media reported that Tokyo Olympics organizers are considering a proposal to limit spectators to 10,000 at major events. Foreign spectators are already banned, and Japan will decide this month on whether to allow domestic spectators. Organizers say they will take proper coronavirus measures to ensure the safety of the Games.
