Analyst: Russia and U.S. could work together on certain areas

Russian President Vladimir Putin said relations with the United States are at their "lowest point in recent years" and U.S. President Joe Biden had said the meeting with Putin would be critical. Harvey Dzodin, a senior fellow at the Center for China and Globalization and a former legal adviser to the Carter administration, says despite tensions, Russia and the U.S. can still work together in certain areas.
