China has seen rapid development in high-speed railway through innovation. Over 40 percent of China's high-speed trains come from the China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation, or CRRC Sifang, one of China's oldest rolling stock manufactures. CGTN reporter Gao Ang visits several key sites, including the first steam locomotive "Bayi" after the founding of PRC and a maglev train, to learn more about the past and future of China's high-speed railway.
