Videos of the three Chinese taikonauts training before boarding the Shenzhou-12 spaceship have been released. In order to bear the severe test of the extravehicular environment, the taikonauts received long-term underwater training on the ground. They remained underwater six hours each time in order to master their movements while weightless. After years of exploration, the team has completed a training program with eight categories and hundreds of lessons.
