Eighty-four-year-old Jiao Ruiyun lives in Longwangba Village of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Almost all his life he has been growing potatoes and vegetables, but then he decided to do the unthinkable: opening a homestay when he was nearing retirement in his 70s.
