Jiang Duan, minister of the Chinese mission to the United Nations in Geneva, slammed Canada for its human rights record. Jiang called for a thorough and impartial investigation into Canada's mistreatment of indigenous people, pointing to the discovery last month of the remains of more than 200 children buried under the ground of a boarding school.
