A 12-story building in the U.S. city of Miami has partially collapsed and local officials say at least one person died and ten were injured. It's not clear if there could be more casualties as search and rescue are still continuing. More than 80 fire and rescue units are at the site and police are also assisting in the rescue operation. Dozens of people have been evacuated from the building and a nearby hotel.
