No booze, no high fives, no autographs: Tokyo 2020 unveils fan rules
00:43

In Tokyo, tough new rules for spectators have been announced as Wednesday marks one more month before the opening ceremony of the COVID-postponed, long-overdue Summer Olympics. Spectators will be advised not to give each other high-fives, talk loudly during the Games, or ask for autographs. Under other new measures that went into effect on Monday, Tokyo residents can now only drink alone or with one other person for up to 90 minutes from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at bars and restaurants. On Monday, organizers decided to allow up to 10,000 spectators into competition venues. Overseas spectators have already been banned.
