Shenyang and Chengdu are staging spectacular light shows to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

In Shenyang, the story of the CPC's  journey is being told with vibrant colors and a 120-meter tall music fountain each night. To the southwest in Chengdu, a similar light show is being staged as the anniversary draws near.
