A 12-story residential building partially collapsed in Surfside, Miami, Florida, on Thursday. The official death toll has risen to nine, with more than 150 people still missing on June 27. There are reports that an engineer warned about major structural damage to the building back in 2018. CGTN's Giles Gibson has the details.
