Executive Director of the Africa Policy Institute, Dennis Munene Mwaniki, discussed the issues whether developing countries could borrow a leaf from China's example to eradicate poverty.  Mwaniki pointed out the CPC's strong leadership and stability as the basis for development. Key in all these, he said, was the CPC's support for innovation in various sectors of the economy to spur growth in manufacturing and Industry.
