The mayor of Miami-Dade County has ordered an audit of all buildings over 40 years old after a 12-story condominium collapsed in Surfside, Florida, on Saturday. Peter Zalewski, principal of Condo Vultures, said roughly half of the buildings along the coast may face serious scrutiny.
