77-year-old Yue Wanzeng has been working in a small grocery store since he was 16 years old. His hard work has won him many awards from local officials. Yue was honored as a model worker at the county level in 2021, and he's become a probationary member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Despite his age, Yue claimed that it's not too late for him to join the CPC.
