China has provided more than 450 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines to nearly 100 countries, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi told a Group of 20 (G20) foreign ministers' conference on Tuesday. 

Wang, speaking via video link, called for G20 member states to exercise leadership in the global fight against the pandemic in areas including vaccine distribution, and urged them to offer more help to developing countries.
